How we review business software
Pricing, limits and trial terms are captured from public pages on a stated date. Third-party ratings, where used, are linked and cited, never copied in bulk.
What we capture
Free-plan limits, per-seat or per-contact price tiers, billing terms, minimum seats, trial length and whether a card is needed, usage limits, number of integrations and the named key ones, API availability, the plan where single sign-on appears, data residency, export formats and cancellation terms.
Third-party claims
Security attestations such as SOC 2 or ISO are recorded only when the vendor's own page states them, with a link. Ratings from review platforms are linked and briefly cited, never copied in bulk.
Limits
Most business software reviews here are Researched unless the page says otherwise. We say so on every page.
