On 10 October 2026 Xero's US plans were Early at $27 a month, Growing at $59 and Established at $97. New customers could get 80% off for the first 3 months, which is $5.40, $11.80 and $19.40 a month, or take one month free instead. After that the regular price applies and the subscription renews monthly until canceled.
Early is cheap partly because it is capped. It covers quotes and 20 invoices and 5 bills, and Xero says the invoice limit counts both approving and sending invoices, including ones created by connected apps. Xero charges no per-user license fees, but payment fees apply to online invoice payments, and payroll is an extra $36 a month plus $6 per employee or contractor.
