On 10 October 2026 Otter.ai Pro cost $16.99 per user a month billed monthly, or $8.33 per user a month on annual billing. Business was $30 per user a month billed monthly, with first-time subscribers offered 20% off for 3 months ($24), or $19.99 per user a month on annual billing. Enterprise is priced through a demo.
The free Basic plan includes 300 transcription minutes per user a month, but each conversation is capped at 30 minutes, and you can import only 3 audio or video files in the lifetime of the account. Pro raises this to 1,200 minutes a month and 90 minutes per meeting. Business removes the monthly meeting limit and allows up to 4 hours per meeting. Unused minutes do not roll over, and the API is listed on Enterprise only.
