What the plans include
ElevenLabs sells its creative tools (text to speech, voice cloning, dubbing, sound effects and music) in monthly credit allowances. On 9 October 2026 the pricing page listed 10k credits a month on Free, 30k on Starter, 121k on Creator, 600k on Pro, 1.8M on Scale and 6M on Business. ElevenLabs' own comparison table converts those allowances into roughly 10, 30, 121, 600, 1,800 and 6,000 minutes of text to speech a month.
The Free plan has no commercial license. Commercial use starts on Starter, which also adds instant voice cloning. Professional voice cloning starts on Creator. Scale and Business add workspace seats (3 and 10).
Introductory offers
When we checked, Starter cost $1 for the first month (normally $6) and Creator cost $11 for the first month (normally $22). The page said the Starter offer ran until 18 October. Yearly billing gives two months free, which works out to $5 a month for Starter and $18.33 for Creator.
