On 9 October 2026 DocuSign Standard was $45 per user a month billed monthly, or $25 per user billed yearly upfront. SignNow charges per account with unlimited users: Starter was $20 a month billed monthly or $8 billed yearly, Professional $30 or $15, and Business $50 or $30.

Both cap how much you can send. DocuSign Standard allows 10 envelopes per user a month on monthly plans or 100 per user a year on annual plans; Personal allows 5 a month. SignNow allows 10 signature invites per account a month on monthly plans or 100 per year on annual plans, then charges pay-as-you-go. A team of several people sending occasionally will usually pay less with SignNow; heavy senders should check both limits first.
