Per seat versus per calendar

On 9 October 2026 Calendly charged per seat: Standard was $12 a month billed monthly or $10 billed yearly, and Teams $20 or $16. Acuity Scheduling charges per account, with plans split by how many calendars you need: Starter (1 calendar) was $20 a month billed monthly or $16 yearly, Standard (up to 6) $34 or $27, and Premium (up to 36) $61 or $49.

For one person, Calendly Standard is the cheaper paid option, and Calendly also has a free plan with one event type. Acuity has no free plan but offers a 7-day trial without a card. For a small team sharing one account, Acuity's flat price can work out cheaper than paying Calendly per seat at three or more people (three Calendly Standard seats cost $36 a month against $34 for Acuity Standard, both billed monthly). Acuity only removes its branding on Premium; Calendly removes it from Standard up.
