Low per-user prices with a forever free plan
On 9 October 2026 Zoho Bookings Basic cost US$8 per user a month billed monthly or US$6 billed annually. Premium was US$12 or US$9. A forever free plan covers one user, online meetings and notification emails and reminders, and Zoho says no credit card is needed.
Basic is limited to 1 workspace, while Premium includes 3 with more sold as add-ons. Resources are premium add-ons that are not included in either plan price. Local taxes such as VAT or GST are charged on top.
