The free plan has no form or submission cap
On 9 October 2026 Tally's Pro plan cost $29 a month paid monthly or $24 a month paid yearly, and Business cost $89 a month or $74 a month. Paying yearly is described as two months off.
The free plan offers unlimited forms and submissions, with payments, signatures, file uploads and conditional logic included, as long as you stay within Tally's fair usage guidelines. Paying mainly buys branding removal, custom domains, team workspaces, partial submissions and analytics. File uploads on Free are limited to 10 MB per file. Tally says it is made and hosted in the EU.
