Per-member pricing
Notion charges per member per month. On 9 October 2026 paying yearly saved up to 20%: Plus went from $12 to $10 and Business from $24 to $20.
The Free plan is unlimited for one person but limits pages and blocks once two or more members join, and caps file uploads at 5 MB. Plus removes those limits. Business adds Notion Agent, AI meeting notes, SAML SSO and private teamspaces. Custom Agents are billed separately, at $10 per 1,000 monthly Notion credits after a free trial.
