Per-seat pricing
monday.com charges per seat. Its pricing page defaulted to a 10-seat team on 9 October 2026. Billed monthly, Basic was $12 a seat, Standard $14 and Pro $24. Billed yearly, Basic was $9 a seat, and Standard and Pro were on special offer at $12 and $19 (normally $14 and $22). The renewal column assumes the offer ends after the first year. monday.com doesn't say whether it does.
The Free plan covers up to 2 seats. Paid plans include monthly AI credits: 1,000 on Basic, 2,000 on Standard and 3,000 on Pro. monday.com offers a 14-day free trial of Pro.
