Form and submission caps set the plan
On 9 October 2026 Jotform's Bronze, Silver and Gold plans cost $39, $49 and $129 a month billed monthly, or $34, $39 and $99 a month billed annually. Paid plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee, and nonprofits and education customers are offered 50% off Bronze, Silver and Gold.
The free Starter plan is capped at 5 forms, 100 monthly submissions, 100 MB of space and 500 total stored submissions, and forms show Jotform branding. Each paid tier raises the caps: Bronze allows 25 forms and 1,000 monthly submissions, Silver 50 forms and 2,500, and Gold 100 forms and 10,000. HIPAA-enabled features start at Gold, and single sign-on and data residency are Enterprise only.
