One flat price with unlimited seats
On 9 October 2026 Fillout's Starter, Pro and Business plans cost $19, $49 and $89 a month billed monthly, or $15, $40 and $75 a month billed annually ($180, $480 and $900 a year). Every plan, including Free, has unlimited forms and unlimited seats with no per-seat charges.
The limit that matters is responses: 1000 a month on Free, 2000 on Starter, 5000 on Pro and unlimited on Business. Fillout says forms keep collecting responses over the limit, after which you can upgrade, buy bulk submissions or wait for the monthly reset. Removing all branding needs Pro, a custom domain and partial submissions need Business, and single sign-on is Enterprise only.
