On 9 October 2026 Dropbox Sign Essentials cost $20 a month billed monthly or $15 a month billed yearly ($180 a year). Standard was $30 per user a month billed monthly or $25 per user billed yearly, starting at $600 a year. Premium is quoted by sales. Paid plans have a 30-day free trial.
Both paid plans include unlimited signature requests, so there is no envelope cap to plan around. The catch on Standard is the minimum of 2 users, and teams of 5 or more are asked to contact sales. A free plan is linked from the pricing page, but its limits are not listed there.
