Per-user pricing
On 9 October 2026 ClickUp charged per user. Unlimited cost $10 a month billed monthly or $7 billed yearly, and Business cost $19 or $12. Free Forever allows unlimited members and tasks but only 60MB of storage. Unlimited adds unlimited storage, integrations and Gantt charts. Business adds Google SSO, 5,000 automations a month and advanced dashboards. SAML SSO is on Enterprise only. The page also advertised a 100% money-back guarantee.
