Storage is the free plan's limit
On 10 October 2026 Fireflies.ai Pro cost $18 per seat a month billed monthly, or $10 a month billed annually. Business was $29 a month billed monthly or $19 a month billed annually. Enterprise is annual only at $39 per seat a month.
The free plan lists unlimited transcription, but it keeps only 400 minutes of storage for the whole team, gives limited AI summaries and 20 AI credits. Pro includes 8,000 minutes of storage per seat, and Business and Enterprise have unlimited storage. Fireflies charges for every teammate added to the workspace, so a team of five on Business billed monthly pays $145 a month.
